These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lexijewel mobile game ("Lexijewel", "the game", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Lexijewel is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Lexijewel on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license is subject to these Terms and to the terms of the app store you downloaded the game from (for example, Google Play).
You may not:
Lexijewel, including its name, logo, artwork, characters (including Lexi the bookworm), levels, code, sounds, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms don't give you any ownership rights in the game.
Lexijewel shows optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. An ad plays only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward (a continue). Ads are supplied by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for any products or services they promote. Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. If an ad fails to load or complete, the reward may not be granted. How ad-related data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your progress is stored only on your device. We don't keep a copy, so we can't restore progress that is lost when you clear the app's data, uninstall the game, or change devices. Virtual items, stars, scores, and continues have no real-world value.
We may update, change, or remove features, levels, or content, and we may stop offering the game at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We don't guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the game. Because the game is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the game (if any) or US $10. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the game. Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and revise the effective date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
